		<description>Excellent point. Great that you brought the issue up. High expectations put enormous pressure on children, and nervous break downs are common thing afterwards. Parents&#039; goal is to raise happy children, and achievements mean a lot if they make kids happy, not stressed.</description>

This may end up being the biggest harm you can inflict on them. Treat your praise as a finite resource: spend it wisely.</description>
