Baby Developing Games – 3-6 months


Baby looking in the mirrorI am continuing a list of activities/games that can be played with the baby to help his development… or just for fun!
See our Baby Developing Games 0-3 months old.

• Move toys back and forth in front of the baby. Label, label, label: “The teddy-bear is moving LEFT, the teddy-bear is moving RIGHT… LEFT… RIGHT…”
• Throw a ball up and down in front of the baby and label this movement as well.
• Mirror: sit in front of mirror and say “hi” to your baby, to his foot, to his head, etc

Musical Instruments 1-2 There had been many inquires for presentations about musical instruments 1 & 2 (A.P.P. has terrific collections 3 & 4, so it was causing some confusion). I uploaded my own version of these presentations: they are available in English, in Russian and even in both languages. These presentations contain magnitude information (facts about each instruments), images of instruments and players, even sounds. Enjoy!

Humpty Dumpty Old classics have an irresistible appeal: my son really enjoyed trying his reading skills on this nursery rhyme, while I was curious to find out what it actually meant before “Alice in Wonderland”! You can find an explanation of this rhyme at the last page of English presentation.

Another great book for preschoolers and toddlers


Visitor For BearAnother terrific book for toddlers and preschoolers: A Visitor for Bear by Bonny Becker. The story is reminded me “Green Eggs and a Ham”. It has just as much charm. The text is wonderful, the illustrations are lovely, the characters are very animated, humorous and so lovable!
