When toddlers start to walk, they want to explore and teaching them becomes harder and harder. My own kids go through periods of great interested and great resistance. I follow their lead, and use what they like to attract their attention and to try to stay consistent... but sometimes a break is inevitable and might turn out beneficial as well: after a comeback they often miss their words and can't wait to learn more! Here you can find more on how to attract attention of the uninterested baby: What to do if a baby is losing interest

thank you so much, your message is very clear to me to understand do my own presentations for my son, he is 9 nine months old. the only issue i have with him is his distraction and disinterest any time of the day, it is very hard for me to understand his moods and behaviour. I am not sure whether it is very normal in babies, I started this teaching from 6 months. He is more interested in other things. He is mini Explorer now! can you please help!
